The Onboarding Call is part of the assistant’s first day, and is where you can discuss the day-to-day nuances of the assistant’s role, the workflow to be followed and other details to set them up for success such as:
- The mode of communication to be used (during and after office hours)
- Access to credentials for applications/accounts used
- Log-in/log-out time
- Company KPIs or metrics
- Company culture
